Cupcake Tower Worthy – Fruit Cupcakes

I don’t know about you all but with the weather warming up I can’t seem to get enough fruit.  We have it all in this house…pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, apples, oranges, melon.  Fresh, sweet and delicious all without the guilt.

Oh but let’s be real, we can’t be guilt free ALL the time.  Let’s add a little cupcake to our fruit shall we.

Not only are these cupcakes easy on the eyes but they sound just mouth watering too!  ‘Smells Like Home’ posted these Lemon Cupcakes with Fresh Raspberry Curd Filling. Oh My.

Or how about this recipe from ‘Baked In’ for Chocolate Blood Orange Cupcakes.    I don’t know why but I tend to think there’s something medieval about this fruit, weird I know.  Anyway, aren’t they just gorgeous?

This one is a bit more whimsical and perfect for a summer BBQ.  Watermelon Cupcakes with Sweet Watermelon Buttercream from Bakingdom.  These are not just the color of  watermelon but actually taste like it too!

Last but certainly not least.  I might have to make these like tonight they look so good.  The Little Epicurean posted these Blueberry-Blackberry Cupcakes with Blueberry Cream Cheese frosting.  I’m a sucker for a blueberry.  I’m a sucker for cream cheese.  These cupcakes have my name written all over them.
