Donut Tower for Easter
April 5th, 2012
If you are busy hiding eggs for a early-morning backyard hunt, you probably won’t have time to make a bunch of homemade goodies. Instead, opt for store-bought donuts in pastel colors and display them on your Cupcake Tower . . . er, I mean donut tower.
We had a big Easter event at my house last Saturday. The donuts were a huge hit with the kids and the adults were all impressed with the presentation. (Bummer that the frosting ran so much, but they still tasted great and no one seemed to mind.)

Consider getting candy sticks and putting peeps at the end. You can use your cake pop layer to display the peeps-on-a-stick. (Hint: putting peeps on a stick makes them less messy to eat.) Or, just nestle Easter candy around the donuts.
