How much is shipping?

You can actually determine the exact cost of your shipping by starting the checkout process on our website. Please view your cart and click the large “Proceed to Secure Checkout” button.

  • For US customers: on the checkout page simply fill in your state and zip code and the shipping costs should fill in below, if not try adding more of your address.
  • For international customers: on the checkout page please enter your country and additional address information and the shipping costs should fill in below.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we will ship anywhere in the world! You can obtain shipping rates by following the same process in the answer above. Keep in mind this total with shipping does not include any duties or taxes you may have to pay.

How quickly will you ship my tower?

All orders will leave our warehouse within two business days unless you are otherwise notified. It will take an additional 1- 7 business days for you to receive your package, depending on the method of shipping you choose and where you are located. All orders ship from Brighton, CO.

Can you ship my order same or next day?

Often we can accommodate expedited requests so it never hurts to ask! Just contact us directly from the website. Keep in mind, depending on where you live you still may have to upgrade your shipping in order to receive your tower in time for your event. Most orders are delivered within 4-5 business days once shipped.

What shipping method do you use?

We ship all of our orders by UPS. The only exception to this is USPS for our friends in the military with APO/FPO addresses.

If you don’t use glue or adhesive, how do the ribbons stay on?

We sew a bit of elastic into the ribbons so that they stretch ‘snugly’ around each layer and are easily removed/changed out. Please note that each of these are hand sewn so if you have any troubles getting your ribbon to stretch around a layer please don’t hesitate to notify us.

Is the tower available in other colors?

Not at this time. We have had some creative customers who have covered the layers with paper (such as scrapbooking paper) or even spray painted them to match their event.

I don’t see my color in your ribbon choices; can you get it for me?

At this time we are unable to fulfill custom requests for ribbon. However, we like to choose our selection based on demand so if we don’t currently have a color that you think we should carry please let us know!

I lost / broke / let my two year old at one of the pieces to my tower. Help!

You can purchase replacement parts for your tower through our online store.

I’m interested in upgrading to a larger size tower, can I do this?

Yes! We have upgrade packages available for purchase online.

Do you offer wholesale accounts or volume discounts?

We’re pleased to offer volume discounts on larger orders, please enter coupon code: VOLUME in the shopping cart system and it will discount your order automatically. You’ll save 10% on your order of 5 or more cupcake towers, and 15% on your order of 10 or more. You can mix and match sizes and styles as well as ribbon choices, or get all the same if you prefer, whatever you want!
