Garden-themed cupcake display

Check out this creative garden-themed wedding display.

” The couple got married outside and decided on a bird/birdcage and floral theme for their big day, so I did my best to incorporate it into their wedding cake,” says Kelly, owner of the Sweetest Baker (Penn.).

This would be a perfect idea for a garden-themed shower, birthday or tea party. Want to replicate the display? Kelly baked and iced the cupcakes as usual (vanilla pound cake with vanilla buttercream frosting). Then, she set each cupcake inside 2.5 inch terra cotta pots. These can be purchased at craft stores.

Don’t forget the love birds. A perfect finish to the display.
